We rent 20 sites on a month-by-month basis during our travel season (March through October). Due to the length of our waiting list, we have stopped adding to it at this time. We offer a week to week rental option for folks in need of an extended stay without knowing an exact date of departure.
Here is how it works:
We ask that first and last weeks are paid upon arrival. This enables us to turn folks away that are looking to reserve a site knowing that you have an "open-ended" reservation. We require 1 week rate down as a deposit to hold the site at the time of reservation and when you arrive you pay your last week. You may postpone/adjust a weekly reservation up to 2 times before the reservation is automatically cancelled. We simply ask that you keep us informed as to your departure date so we may offer the site to someone else in need upon your departure. If we see that you start using up your last week (paid upon arrival), we will take that as a sign that you will be departing following your last previously paid day and we will be obligated to take a reservation for the site.
General information about our facilities:
Each of our 60 sites are pull-through with 20, 30 and 50 amp electrical access, city water and waste dump. We do not have cable television because standard antennas pick up 50+ channels so we offer complimentary limited Wifi with your rate and the option to purchase unlimited internet packages if you so choose through your own device. We allow 1 RV or Trailer and 1 vehicle per site. All additional vehicles must be parked along the street entering our facility. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. We are a pet friendly park. All dogs must be on leashes, under control and picked up after immediately while on the property.
About our WiFi:
We have a 3rd party internet provider who services our network. The network is supported by fiber optics and redistributed throughout the park wirelessly. This network is available to any device that has a "static web browser". Once you log on, you have the option to either utilize a limited free period or purchase 1($3), 7($12) or 30($30) day packages. The free option allows the device to have either 6hrs or 800mbs of data per 24hrs. The 6hr portion of this free option starts from the time the "free button" has been engaged and will run continuously whether you are using the device or not. You are able to utilize the "free button" once per device per 24hrs.
Qualifications:
All of our "longer term" guests must complete a background check, the RV must be aesthetically pleasing, 100% fully functional without out any leaks and fully self-contained.
