Monthly Rate Sites Are Currently Full

We have stopped adding folks to our full-time monthly waiting list.  The best option we may currently offer would be a week to week type of stay.  Please refer to the "weekly rental" tab at the top of this website for details on how week to week rentals work. 

Qualifications: 

In order to qualify for the monthly rate, you must have a 100% fully functioning, aesthetically pleasing 19yr old or newer RV.   The monthly rate is exclusive to 2 adults who have successfully completed our background check and application process.

Rate:

The monthly rate is $625 per month which includes water, sewer, trash and electricity.  A $100 refundable security deposit also applies. 

Amenities:

We DO NOT offer cable TV while antennas pick up 50+ local channels over-the-air.  With many trees throughout the park, please let us know if need a satellite friendly site.  We offer internet packages through a third party provider.  The internet network supports and is compatible with devices which have static web browsers.  Shower, restroom and coin operated laundry facilities on site.  All sites are pull-through with 20,30 & 50amp electrical service, city water and waste dump.

About Our WiFi:

We have a 3rd party internet provider who services our network.  The network is supported by fiber optics and redistributed throughout the park wireless.  This network is available to any device that has a "static web browser".  Once you log on, you have the option to either utilize a limited free period or purchase 1($3), 7($12) or 30($30) day packages.  The free option allows the device to have either 6 consecutive hours or 800mbs of data per 24hrs.  The 6hr portion of this free option starts from the time the "free button" has been engaged and will run continuously whether you are using the device or not.  You are able to utilize the "free button" once per device per 24hrs.

Application Process:

Please allow 48-72 hour processing time for all applications.  We have an extensive waiting list nearly all year long and do our best to accommodate when possible.
