Rates/Reservations/Policies

Reservations are booked over the phone during business hours.
 
We do not offer Tent-Camping

We allow 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site : On-street parking available for additional vehicles, trailers and guests.

**$2.00 per person, per day (12yrs and older) when traveling with party of more than 2 people.

All rates include utilities (we do not charge separately for power, water, or sewer).

Reserving Less Than 7 Evenings
For reservations less than one week, we require a 1 evening deposit at the time of booking.  The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon arrival.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies below.

Reserving More Than 7 Evenings
For reservations greater than one week, we require 50% deposit at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies below.

Reserving Multiple Sites
When reserving a block of sites (more than one), we require 50% payment at the time of reservation.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies.  We will do our best to have groups traveling together, park together.  Although we cannot reserve specific sites in advance due to individual travel plans changing and our core value to accommodate everyone possible, we will do our best to have groups traveling together be near each other.

**Cancellation notice (Defined Stay) required via email by noon, 48hrs prior to date reserved.

**If your plans change (after arrival) causing you to depart earlier than expected, we will refund half of the remaining paid days.  This excludes the free day with the weekly rate.

Cancellation Policy
Mountain View RV Park will cancel your reservation and fully refund your deposit if we are notified via email by noon, 48hrs prior to the date reserved for all nightly (defined stay) reservations.  If you need to adjust your duration of stay, we also require notification via email by noon 48hrs prior to date reserved. 

Your deposit will be withheld if we do not receive cancellation or adjustment notice by noon 48 hours prior to your date of reservation for nightly reservations.  If multiple days had been reserved, the remaining booking will be cancelled.

***Week to week rental reservations & monthly rate reservations (Open-Ended Stay) may be postponed/adjusted 1 time before the reservation is automatically cancelled.  Week to week and monthly bookings require a 72hr cancellation notice.

Refund Policy
(Defined Stay - Nightly)
If your plans change and you depart earlier than expected (after arrival), we will refund half of the remaining paid days.  This excludes the free day with the weekly rate.

(Open Ended Stay - Monthly) 
If you depart prior to your next rental due date, we do not offer a refund or prorate of any portion of the monthly rent.  The $300 security deposit (due at the time of reservation) is fully refundable given 7 days’ notice to depart AND adherence to all Mountain View RV Park policies.  Failure to give 7 days notice will result in loss of security deposit.

(Open Ended Stay - Weekly)
We require a 7-evening notice before departure. **If 7 evenings notice (or more) is given, a full refund of any unused, paid days will be offered.**If 7 evenings notice is NOT given, 50% of any unused paid days will be refunded.
