We do not offer Tent-Camping

We allow 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site : On-street parking available for additional vehicles, trailers and guests.

Daily Rate

$58 plus $4.64 tax = $62.64

Discounted Daily Rate (AAA/Good Sam)

$52 plus $4.16 tax = $56.16

Standard Week Rate (6 consecutive days paid, 7th free)

$348 plus $27.84 tax = $375.84

Discounted Week Rate (AAA/Good Sam) (6 consecutive days paid, 7th free)

$312 plus $24.96 tax = $336.96

Currently, all month-to-month rental sites are full with a wait-list of over 50 guests.

Reserving Less Than 7 Evenings

For reserrvations Less than one week, require a 1 evening deposit at the time of booking.  The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon arrival.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies below.

Reserving More Than 7 Evenings

For reservations greater than one week, we require 50% deposit at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies below.

Reserving Multiple Sites

When reserving a block of sites (more than one), we require 50% payment at the time of reservation.  If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies.  We will do our best to have groups traveling together, park together.  Although we cannot reserve specific sites in advance due to individual travel plans changing and our core value to accommodate everyone possible, we will do our best to have groups traveling together be near each other.

**Cancellation notice required via email by noon, 48hrs prior to date reserved.

**If your plans change (after arrival) causing you to depart earlier than expected, we will refund half of the remaining paid days.  This excludes the free day with the weekly rate.

Cancellation Policy

Mountain View RV Park will cancel your reservation and fully refund your deposit if we are notified via email by noon, 48hrs prior to date reserved for all nightly reservations.  If you need to adjust your duration of stay, we also require notification via email by noon 48hrs prior to date reserved. 

Your deposit will be withheld if we do not receive notice via email of cancellation or adjustment by noon 48 hours prior to your date of reservation for nightly reservations.  If multiple days had been reserved, the remaining evenings will be cancelled. 

***Week to week rental reservations may be postponed/adjusted a maximum of 2 times before the reservation is automatically cancelled.  Cancellation notice required via email by noon, 72hrs prior to date reserved
