Reservations are booked over the phone during business hours. We do not offer Tent-Camping. We allow 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. On-street parking available for additional vehicles, trailers and guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
**Cancellation notice required via email by 12:00 noon 2 days(48hrs) prior to date reserved for defined arrival and departure date type of reservations.
**In the event that your plans change and you depart earlier than expected, we will refund half of the remaining paid days. This excludes the free day with the weekly rate.
Cancellation Policy
Mountain View RV Park will cancel your reservation free of charge if we are notified via email by 12:00pm MST 2 days prior to date reserved (3 days notice if you have reserved the week to weekly rental option). If you need to adjust your reservation date or duration of stay, we also require notification via email by noon 2 days prior to date reserved (3 days notice for weekly rental option) . A standard charge of one night ($62.64) will be applied to the card used to hold your site if we do not receive emailed cancellation or adjustment notice by noon 48 hours prior to your date of reservation. If multiple days had been reserved, the remaining reservation will be cancelled.
*Weekly rental reservations may be postponed/adjusted a maximum of 2 times before the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Refund Policy
We will do everything in our power to accommodate change of plans and extensions if you choose to stay with us longer than anticipated. Reserving More Than 7 Evenings
For reservations exceeding one week, we require 50% payment at the time of reservation. If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies (noon 2 days prior date of reservation or 3 days prior to your arrival for the week to week rental).
One Individual Reserving Multiple Sites
When reserving a block of sites (more than one), we require 50% payment at the time of reservation. If plans change, refer to our cancellation/refund policies. We will do our best to have groups traveling together, park together. Although we cannot reserve specific sites in advance due to individual travel plans changing and our desire to accommodate everyone possible, we will do our best to have groups traveling together be near each other.
