Monthly Rental Option

Monthly Rate:
$1,350.00 - "Peak Season" Rent : includes all utilities and tax (Non Refundable) March-November
$675.00 - "Off Season" Rent : includes all utilities and tax (Non Refundable) November-March
$300.00 - Security Deposit (Refundable-Due at time of Reservation)
***Rate includes all utilities (Power, water, & sewer)

We do not refund or prorate any portion of the monthly site rent.  The $300 security deposit (due at the time of reservation) is fully refundable given 7 days’ notice to depart AND adherence to all Mountain View RV Park policies.

Qualifications: 
In order to qualify for the monthly rate, you must have a 100% fully functioning, aesthetically pleasing 19yr old or newer RV.   The monthly rate is exclusive to 2 adults who have successfully completed our background check and application process.

Amenities:
We DO NOT offer cable TV.   50+ local channels found over-the-air via antenna.  With many trees throughout the park, please let us know if need a satellite friendly site.  We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.  Shower, restroom and laundry facilities on-site.  All sites are pull-through with 20, 30- & 50-amp electrical service, city water and waste dump.

Wi-Fi:
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay.

Application Process:
Allow 48–72-hour processing time for all applications.  
All guest staying with us for a longer-term type of stay must have a clean criminal background report (no felonies, sexual offenses, violent offenses, or charges of that nature)
