Weekly Rental Option

This option allows a guest to occupy a site “open-ended” without the need to move sites and without knowing when they will depart. A 1-week deposit is required to confirm your booking. At the time of arrival/registration, another 7-evening payment will be made. This enables us to hold your site indefinitely if you are in good standing with the business and always 7 evenings ahead in your site rent. Moving forward you will simply pay once per week, {Good Sam/AAA Member: $362.88/week or Standard Rate: $405.00/Week (includes tax and utilities)} which will keep you ahead in your rent by 7 evenings at all times. If you fail to remain 7 paid evenings in advance, we will begin offering the site.

 

***We will postpone/adjust a week to week reservation 1 time before the reservation is automatically cancelled.

 

Notice to Depart:

We require 7 evening notice before departure

**If 7 evenings notice (or more) is given, a full refund for any unused paid days will apply.

**If 7 evenings notice is NOT given, a 50% refund for any unused paid days will apply.

 

General information about our facilities:

All 60 sites are pull-through with 20, 30- & 50-amp electrical access, city water and waste dump. Our rates include all utilities. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. We allow 1 RV or Trailer and 1 vehicle per site. On-street parking is available for All additional vehicles. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. We are a pet friendly park. All dogs must be on physical leashes, under control, no excessive barking, and picked up after immediately. All children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of an adult.

 

Qualifications:

Guests must complete a background check, the RV must be aesthetically pleasing (19yr old or newer), 100% fully functional without leaks and fully self-contained.

 

Application Process:

Allow 48–72-hour processing time for all applications.  All guest staying with us for a longer-term type of stay must have a clean criminal background report (no felonies, sexual offenses, violent offenses, or charges of that nature).
